SummaryPer Sé Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client, North America’s premier supplier and servicer of lasers, EDMs, press brakes and fabrication and milling equipment.? In this role, you will support our client’s service sales operations and help drive revenue growth. You will connect with existing customers, generate new sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and support the overall sales process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment.Responsibilities Make outbound calls and emails to existing customers to generate new service opportunitiesFollow up on leads provided by field service techniciansPrepare, send, and follow up on quotations to close salesLog all sales activities, notes, and updates in the CRM systemConduct virtual product or service demonstrations when neededProcess orders by submitting accurate information to the operations teamMeet weekly and monthly service revenue targetsQualifications 2 years of Inside Sales experience (required)Experience selling services or parts in the manufacturing/industrial field is a plusStrong phone communication skills and confidence making a high volume of callsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Jira, or similar) is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizePositive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethicSchedule & Pay 35 hours per weekMonday–Friday schedule (no nights, no weekends)The pay range for this role is $20/hr.
