Per Sé Group is working with an Atlanta-based commercial general contractor looking to hire an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working on ground-up and renovations/TI commercial construction projects in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Compile and submit required submittal packages with shop drawings for approval followed by completion and update of the submittal log
- Compile and track material status log and project punch list
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain project files and drawings
- Assist with change orders, material invoices, and tracking material, labor and equipment
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience of Construction Project Management
- BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
- Ground-up or tenant fit out projects in the hospitality sector
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
