Job Description
Per Sé Group is working with a large DFW-based commercial general contractor. They are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for local work. The ideal candidate has experience working on tilt-wall, light industrial, data center, or similar projects.
Responsibilities
- Compile and submit required submittal packages with shop drawings for approval followed by completion and update of the submittal log
- Compile and track material status log and project punch list
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain project files and drawings
- Assist with change orders, material invoices, and tracking material, labor and equipment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of construction Project Engineer or Assistant Project Management experience
- Large industrial and/or manufacturing construction experience preferred
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar preferred
