POSITION TITLE: Site Director

LOCATION: Columbus Ohio 

REPORTS TO: Managing Director, Columbus, Ohio

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Site Director leads our Columbus, Ohio, campus's programmatic, instructional, and administrative success. As the internal operations and program lead, you will be integral in managing day-to-day functions across teams and concerning facilities. You will also be responsible for daily supervision and management of our instructors, ensuring that curriculum is taught consistently and under Per Scholas’ program requirements, to foster continuing growth in their classroom management and engagement skills, ensure career development activities and onsite programming are occurring consistently and on track to meet goals. The Site Director works collaboratively with the Managing Director and the Director of Business Solutions in guiding the strategic direction, overall management, and program performance of the Columbus campus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Program Leadership and Campus/Site Supervision:

• Serve as Columbus's primary liaison and point of contact for training delivery and services with administration and team leadership and building operations management.
• Collaborate with the National Training Team and other vital national teams in implementing all aspects of instructional training and programmatic administration, ensuring service delivery quality standards, and implementing necessary operational process changes and change management at the campus level.
• Manage Columbus’s Program & Training staff, including Technology Instructors, Teaching Fellows, Instructional Assistants, and Sr. Manager of Career Solutions to ensure high-quality technology training and workforce preparation delivery to Per Scholas learners and additional services to local alumni. 
• Ensure consistent data collection and reporting, proposing and enacting process improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with building management and Per Scholas Core Mission Support team to oversee the physical campus facilities, resolve site-specific issues, and communicate important information regarding on-site space.
• Work with the Purchasing Manager to research, order, and purchase technology requirements and supplies as needed by on-site program staff, learners, and facility.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.

Professional Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, including:
• Experience managing teams of strong performers to success
• Experience deploying a replicable process/methodology in a local campus/site
• Experience in adult learning/education with a focus on technology a plus
• Supporting relationship management at multiple levels of corporate hierarchies
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills within performance measurement frameworks
• Past success linking operational and business functions to strategic objectives
• Understanding of or prior experience in the technology field

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary of 85,000 between $80,000 and $85,000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experience.
