What are the responsibilities and job description for the Department Director position at Support Site?
Responsible for directing the overall functions of the department and and maintain performance improvement activities within the department. Assure competency of all staff members; assist in formulating budget, evaluates department performance versus budget and takes appropriate action to remain within budget guidelines. Maintain efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.
