Per Mar Security Services is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our growing Sales and Operations teams. This team member’s primary responsibility is ensuring all information is accurately entered into our software. A keen attention to detail is required to review documents and navigate multiple software systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have these characteristics as well as a strong customer service attitude. Job attributes
- Review quotes from sales representatives for accuracy.
- Identify missing information and obtain follow up to complete tasks.
- Accurately add and review work before acceptance into software.
- Review, approve and process agreements for customers.
- Assure customer information is submitted to filing software.
- Answer calls from internal and external customers.
- Work 1st shift Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
- Starting pay is $15/hour
