Peppr is shaking up the restaurant tech game. We build modern tools that help independent restaurants thrive — from lightning-fast POS systems to Peppr Grow, our newest AI-powered growth platform. Think: SEO-optimized websites, direct online ordering, automated marketing, and even local influencer connections…all in one sleek, affordable package. 🍽️✨


We’re expanding our Los Angeles office (located in Irvive), and we’re looking for driven SDRs who want to build something special from the ground up. If you love startups, sales, and being part of a fast-moving team where your impact actually matters, this is it.


What You’ll Do ✅:

  • Build, manage, and accelerate a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Own inbound qualification and outbound prospecting (60% inbound / 40 & outbound.
  • Run high-frequency demos and discovery calls, articulate ROI, and close deals to quota.
  • Partner with two BDRs to source/qualify leads and run coordinated outreach plays.
  • Sell value and outcomes: position Peppr Grow as a revenue-driving marketing solution (not just a tool).
  • Collaborate with Onboarding & Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and rapid time-to-value for new clients.
  • Continuously sharpen your craft: product knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales methodology.
  • Bring energy, grit, creativity, and relentless hustle every day


The Spice 🧂:

  • You’ll own revenue in a high-volume, high-velocity sales motion: convert inbound interest, hunt outbound opportunities, and close demos and deals with the support of two dedicated BDRs.
  • Top performers will fast-track into senior AE and team lead roles as we expand the Grow business and the Irvine office
  • Uncapped earning potential → $130–$160k OTE (50/50 split), with a clear path to promotion.


What We’re Looking For 💪:

  • 1–2 years (minimum) of inside sales / AE experience (SaaS or other high-velocity sales environment preferred).
  • A natural hunter: comfortable with outbound, cold calling, and creating your own pipeline.
  • Coachable, ambitious, and hungry to move into senior/leadership roles fast.
  • Strong communicator: confident on the phone, in video demos, and in-person.
  • High energy, resilient, and comfortable in a scrappy startup environment.
  • Bonus: restaurant / hospitality experience or an existing network in the space.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
