Commercial Diver (1+ years of experience)

We are seeking to fill a full-time position for a Commercial Diver

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure full understanding of the dive plan and have the competence to carry out the planned tasks.
• Know and understand emergency procedures.
• Possess a team attitude and undertake dives and other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Maintain personal diving equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of the job.
• Willing to work outside in the elements.
• Readiness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Required Credentials

• Hold a Certificate of Completion from a diver training program (ADCI, DCBC, Etc.)
• Have a minimum of one year’s dive experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Current Oxygen Provider, AED, Blood borne pathogens and First Aid/CPR Card.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Completed dive logs within the last six months.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in commercial construction or industrial settings.
• Additional certifications in rigging, signaling, or other related areas a plus.
• Boating experience; completion of a Safe Boaters Course or possession of a captain's license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
