Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus or information about daily specials.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
• Process payments using cash handling procedures while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation or restocking supplies as needed during busy periods.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
• Time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability for tasks.
