Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food, beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items and specials.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is a plus.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $19.87 - $23.93 per hour
