What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservations Supervisor position at Peppermill Resort Hotel?
The Reservations Supervisor assists management to maximize occupancy and provides excellent guest service.
This position is an in person position only.
Duties:
- Supervise all agents providing feedback both positive and negative.
- Interview for Reservation Agents
- Conduct one on one training with agents.
- Help input reservations.
- Assist with monitoring and adjusting rates.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
- 2 years or more experience in reservations or front desk preferred.
- Customer service, office, and computer experience required.
