Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as secondary support across multiple production areas, including Packaging, Sauce Making, and Sanitation.
- Be open to cross-training and developing skills in various production roles.\
- Follow Quality Assurance (QA) and safety protocols in the warehouse and production areas.
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A flexible and adaptable worker who enjoys variety in daily tasks.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to safety and efficiency in all tasks.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, food production, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required – we provide training.
- Availability: Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4PM
