We are searching for a highly dependable and detail-focused individual to join our fast-paced production floor. In this critical, entry-level position, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, actively building the high-quality products our clients trust every single day.
This is an active, on-the-floor job that involves continuous, structured assembly in a high-energy setting. Because our lines rely on perfectly synchronized teamwork, we are looking for someone with rock-solid attendance and an unwavering dedication to maintaining a safe workspace.
**What You Will Do:**
* **Safety & Compliance:** Champion workplace safety by strictly following all facility protocols and guidelines without exception.
* **Hit Production Targets:** Keep the manufacturing line moving efficiently. You will perform high volume material processing efficiently to hit both individual and team quotas.
* **Quality Assurance:** Keep a sharp eye out for defects. Inspect all materials and finished goods to guarantee they meet our rigorous quality criteria before they leave your station.
* **Reliable Punctuality:** Be prepared and at your workstation the moment your shift begins and promptly after all breaks. Consistent, daily attendance is essential to our team's success.
* **Team Communication:** Work seamlessly with your peers and immediately notify leadership of any safety hazards, workflow bottlenecks, or equipment failures.
**Physical Demands & Work Environment:**
* **Active Environment:** Fast-paced industrial/manufacturing facility.
* **Physical Stamina:** Capable of performing continuous manual operations (such as gripping, reaching, pinching, and bending) over an 8 hour shift.
* **Standing/Walking:** Comfortable working on your feet and navigating concrete facility floors for the entire workday.
* **Mental Focus:** Ability to maintain sharp attention to detail and precision during routine, high-volume tasks.
**Compensation & Incentives:**
* **Base Rate:** $20.00 per hour
* **Productivity Bonuses:** Take home up to an additional $5.00 per hour every day just by hitting or exceeding your daily output metrics while upholding our safety and quality standards!
