Role: Project Engineer, Construction (Entry Level)

Start your career in construction management with hands-on experience in both the office and the field. You’ll partner with an experienced Project Manager and Superintendent to learn every stage of a project—from budgeting and bidding to scheduling, site coordination, and close-out.

What You’ll Do

• Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate subcontractors and resolve day-to-day challenges
• Participate in jobsite and client meetings
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  
  

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in construction or internships with a GC
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and motivated to learn
