PepeNero Ristorantino Italiano is looking for a friendly, polished, and detail-oriented Host / Hostess to join our front-of-house team.
As the first and last person our guests interact with, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping the dining room organized and running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates confidently, and understands that the small details make a big difference.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests
- Manage Resy reservations, phone calls, guest notes, and the seating chart
- Coordinate seating times and dining-room flow with servers and management
- Communicate special occasions, allergies, and guest requests
- Keep the entrance and host stand polished and organized
What we are looking for
- Warm, professional, and confident communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and gracious during busy service
- Dependable availability Tuesday through Saturday evenings
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person
