- Previous automotive bookkeeping or dealership accounting experience required
- CDK experience is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
