Front Office Coordinator
Peotter’s Auto Body & Spa | Summit, NJ | Full-time | [$18–30$/hr]
You’re the first face and first voice of our shop. Run the front door and keep everything moving.
We’re looking for a polished, organized coordinator to keep our front office running. You make every customer feel welcome and keep every repair on schedule.
What you’ll do:
- Greet customers and answer phones with warmth and professionalism.
- Enter customer, vehicle, and insurance information into our system.
- Schedule repair appointments, set up repair plans, and prepare each job’s paperwork.
- Check customers in and make sure all documents are signed.
- Collect payments at delivery.
- Support our service advisors and keep the front office running smoothly.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have front desk, administrative, or reception experience.
- Are friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Type accurately and learn software quickly.
- Can handle a busy phone and a full lobby without losing your cool.
