Qualifications
- At least three years of experience disassembling, reassembling, and performing general collision repair on autos
- A team-oriented attitude
- Adept communication abilities
- Able to provide own set of tools
- Expertise in repairing and reassembling auto body parts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other people on the team
- Must possess excellent speaking and listening skills
- Demonstrate the willingness and eagerness to improve their skills through additional training
