This position requires to be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. A successful applicant should be skilled in working with individuals of all ages, and will be responsible for assisting patients with disabilities and injuries through occupational therapy treatment. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an environment where time management and prioritization are necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Help patients with mobility and daily living.
  • Assist patients with exercise and rehabilitative training.
  • Educate patients to help them manage their conditions at home.
  • Perform waxing and sugaring procedures on clients.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and skin care.
  • Observe and report changes in client symptoms or condition to the Occupational Therapist.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, staff and other healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
