What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Peoria Nissan?
Peoria Nissan is currently accepting applications for a Finance and Insurance Manager. This position offers opportunity for growth within the company and reports directly to the Finance Director. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities.
· Full knowledge of bank and credit union programs.
· Ability to submit applications for approval as well as negotiate with underwriting for terms that are more favorable.
· Ability to have CIT’s funded within 3 days maximum
· Works with Management & sales staff to maximize gross profit.
· Self- starter who requires little guidance.
· Can follow company regulations and processes.
· Highly ethical.
· Has existing Bank relationships
· Fluent with ADP, CDK, DealerTrack, CUDL & DealerSocket.
· Ability to run an average Gross Dollar per copy of $2,000 minimum
· Ability to average 70% minimum ESC penetration.
· Ability to average a PPC of $1400 Minimum.
· A closer on the Sales floor assisting Sales Managers & Sales staff.
This position is NOT for a person without finance experience within an automotive dealership. The required experience is as follows.
· 2 years minimum experience, 4 years preferable.
· Applicant MUST have working knowledge of SAAS systems listed.
· Ability to pass background check & drug screen.
· Must be able to start upon acceptance of application.

Pay: $82,500.00 - $200,000.00 per year
