What You'll Do

As a Staffing Recruiter, you'll be the matchmaker between talented job seekers and amazing companies. Your day might include:

·      Hunting down top talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media

·      Interviewing candidates and learning what makes them awesome

·      Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs

·      Coordinating interviews and helping candidates navigate the hiring process

·      Coaching job seekers on resumes, interviews, and career opportunities

·      Celebrating placements and changing lives one job at a time

Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, HR, or business development experience is a plus—but personality, drive, and a willingness to learn go a long way too.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in staffing, social services, or community-based organizations is a plus.

Pay $20 - $22 per hour. Benefits include Health, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO
