Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and community partners.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple requisitions, meeting deadlines, and maintaining detailed candidate records.
- Comfort with technology, such as applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and standard office productivity tools.
