This position starts in Peoria but will also be in Scottsdale Az- Morning shift required- No weekends
Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
- Schedule all W/O from phone calls in a timely manner
- Manage scheduling of all customers, pool service and repair
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock control, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer service excellence
- Coordinate all techs schedule in pool software
- Make sure customers are happy with installs, cleaning, and all finished W/O are ready for billing
Qualifications
- Proven 2 yrs lead experience within the Pool/retail industry, including supervising sales teams and managing repair scheduling
- Strong knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, inventory control, and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Familiarity with pool retail industry sales techniques such as negotiation, upselling, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to manage time effectively
