Job Title: Salesman / Field Supervisor (Tree Services)

About the Opportunity
Join a well-established, growing tree service company with 35 years of success and a strong reputation for quality and customer relationships. This is a key role combining residential sales and field supervision, with the opportunity to help modernize operations and directly impact company growth.
What You’ll Do
- Estimate and sell residential tree services (90% residential / 10% commercial)
- Oversee jobs from estimate through completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify hazards and accurately scope and price work
- Create clear work orders for field crews (3–4 active crews)
- Build long-term client relationships and generate new business through referrals and outreach
- Represent the company professionally on job sites and in the community

- Ability to assess and explain tree care needs
Preferred (Not Required)
- Tree service industry experience
- ISA Certification or Pesticide Applicator License
- College degree
