Are you a Plant/Operational leader ready to take on a unique challenge to transform and turn-around an under-performing local manufacturing operation for a leading global manufacturer? Bring your experience as a leader in Operational and Production Management to revamp production operations to build a flexible and resilient organization grounded in the company's mission, vision and values.
Responsibilities
- Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule, quality, order fulfillment and logistics
- Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, inefficiencies and waste
- Review, restructure and stabilize production lines to improve output and reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 6 years of experience in field
- Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations
- Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
Required Skills
Experience Senior Production / Operations leader with experience managing both a production facility and a team. Ability to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. Evaluate and implement safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees
6 -12 month assignment
