As a Sales Account Executive at PeopleShare, you’ll play a critical role in driving business growth in a competitive market. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects in the local market.
- Conduct on-site visits and implement strategic, client-specific solutions.
- Drive market presence through inside phone sales, outside cold-calling, networking, and proposals.
- Research client needs and present tailored PeopleShare solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers using creative sales strategies.
- Consistently exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with cold-calling.
- Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High sense of urgency and self-driven to achieve goals.
