Order Entry Specialist Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm in-office
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 p/hour depending on experience

Order Entry Specialist Job Description:
- Review customer orders and verify information for accuracy.
- Enter and maintain production data in company software systems.
- Create and update computerized production layouts and records.
- Ensure order specifications and measurements are correct.
- Complete production documentation and reporting.
- Print and distribute paperwork for the manufacturing team.
- Maintain organized electronic records and files.
- Communicate with production and office staff regarding order details.
Order Entry Specialist Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous Office/Data Entry Experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
