Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
7:00 AM - 7:15 PM
Pay Rate: $37.00 - $42.00 an hour, based on experience

Maintenance Lead Job Description:

• Lead and support a team of Automation and Maintenance Technicians to ensure maximum equipment uptime
• Assign daily tasks and prioritize maintenance activities for efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
• Oversee repair and maintenance of machinery and facility systems
• Ensure clear communication across shifts and with leadership teams
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skillsets and performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance processes and activities
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed

Maintenance Lead Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in Maintenance, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or manufacturing environments
• Experience with injection molding equipment preferred
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automated systems
• Hands-on experience with equipment such as ABB, Fanuc, Epson, Allen-Bradley, Cognex, or Keyence is a plus
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing or guiding a team
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
