CNC Machinist in Exton, PA up to $30/hrSCHEDULE: 7am-330pm, Mon- FriPAY RATE: up to $30/hr depending on experienceA diversified international avionics supplier is GROWING! They are currently seeking to add an machinist to the team!They offer excellent career opportunities for those who thrive on cutting-edge Product Design and High Output Production and have the drive to contribute directly to the success of the company.Responsibilities:· Design and fabrication of a wide variety of tools and fixtures that are used in the manufacture of various component parts and assemblies.· Work from verbal instructions, drawings, and specifications.· Use independent judgment and high technical skill, plus a good knowledge of shop mathematics and practices.· Lay out work using knowledge of parts, engineering practices, and design.· Designs should be such that parts can be produced practically and economically.· Use all tooling and measuring equipment necessary.· Set up and operate a variety of CNC equipment performing various procedures on first and subsequent operations.· Render technical assistance to manufacturing personnel as required.· Consult with engineering, manufacturing and other personnel in the solution of mutual problems,· Assist, direct and instruct other departmental personnel as directed by supervisor.Requirements· High School Diploma or equivalent· Seven (7) years of experience as a CNC machinist or certification from a state approved technical program for CNC machining.· Experience with ISO 9000.· Programming experience with Gibbs CAM a plus.· Ability to communicate technical data with colleagues · Must be able to lift up to 50#· Must pass eye exam.· Must be able to read micrometers and other measuring devices· Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend or stretch in keeping with the demands of a typical tradesman role. · Must be able to manipulate small delicate parts as well as larger, heavier stock and components.PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has Full-time permanent jobs across 8 states.
