Pay Rate: $38,720–$46,000

Financial Coach Job Description:
*
Provide 1:1 coaching (occasional small groups) on budgeting, credit building, debt reduction, banking access, and utility assistance.
*
Complete intake and assessments; create simple action plans; pull/review credit reports.
*
Track goals, follow up regularly, and enter timely, accurate case notes in client databases.
*
Coordinate referrals to internal programs and external partners; communicate updates to program staff.
*
Align practice to National Financial Capability standards and HUD guidance.
Financial Coach Job Requirements:

High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
*
2 years in coaching/education/training, HR/recruitment, or similar client-facing work.
*
Strong written/verbal communication; able to present to small groups.
*
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Zoom/Teams.
*
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
