Position Summary
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Green Goods department. This role manages order processing, customer communication, and daily coordination with vendors and sales teams. If you enjoy a fastpaced environment and helping customers succeed, this is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer and sales inquiries
Process and manage orders from entry through fulfillment, including changes, tracking, claims, and returns
Maintain accurate account and order information
Communicate daily with customers, vendors, and sales reps via phone and email
Provide reports, updates, and deadline reminders
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Support team members and assist with special projects
Work additional hours during peak seasons as needed
Maintain reliable attendance and follow scheduled hours
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Experience with order management or ERP systems is helpful
Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
