Job Details for Direct Hire 3rd Shift Team Lead:
- Pay Rate: $23 - $27 per hour based on experience
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 10pm-6:30am with occasional variance and rotating weekend responsibility

Job Responsibilities & Description for Direct Hire 3rd Shift Team Lead:
- Oversee all aspects of Manufacturing and Distribution environment including processes, quality, productivity, safety, machine operation, and mechanical maintenance
- Regularly assist in hands-on duties such as receiving, loading – offloading – operating machinery, and operating industrial vehicles
- Manage quality, safety, and process documentation in SAP database system
- Work with dispatch team and shipping, receiving, and trucking schedules
- Be a strong and friendly presence in the workforce – coach and oversee all employees with firmness, kindness, and attention to detail. Must have a relationship-driven approach
- Manage employee coaching, and overall engagement with support of Operations Management
- Floating responsibility - Work hands-on in production roles alongside team to train and coach or fill gaps in labor
Job Requirements for Direct Hire 3rd Shift Team Lead:
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (heat and cold), stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 65lbs required
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English required for safety reasons
- 4 years experience in a Manufacturing Environment required, food manufacturing or chemical handling experience strongly preferred
- 2 years of experience with SAP or ERP database system strongly preferred
- Must have mastery of food manufacturing machinery and equipment such as boilers, evaporators, liquid processing equipment etc.
- Excellent people skills are a must – have a track record and great aptitude for balancing results and relationships
