As an Account Manager - Outside Sales, you'll play a critical role in helping commercial and industrial customers leverage natural gas and energy solutions that support their business goals.

This is a base commission position.
What You'll Do (DaytoDay Impact)As an Account Manager, you'll own and grow a portfolio of commercial and industrial accounts by building strong relationships and delivering valuedriven solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Prospect, develop, and win new commercial and industrial customers within your assigned territory
- Manage and retain existing accounts, ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding natural gas and energyrelated services
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager, inside sales, operations, and marketing teams to align on sales strategies
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized energy solutions
- Build credibility as an industry expert by staying current on energy markets, products, competitors, and trends
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and customer events to expand your network and pipeline
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Growing market share and revenue within your territory
- Strong customer retention and repeat business
- Trusted advisor relationships with commercial and industrial clients
- Consistent collaboration with internal partners to deliver results
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who is comfortable working independently in the field and thrives on relationshipbased selling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in outside or B2B sales
- Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
- Highly organized with strong timemanagement skills
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
