Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Handle routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions or referrals to other banking services.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily, ensuring all transactions are compliant with bank policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with patience, empathy, and a commitment to finding the best possible outcome.
• Promote bank products and services that can enhance the customer’s financial well-being.
• Uphold our reputation for excellent customer service by consistently going above and beyond in every interaction.
• Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance during all transactions
• Utilize financial software and perform basic math calculations including debits & credits, retail math, and 10 key typing for transaction processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Prior experience in banking or retail sales is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Basic math skills including cash handling and cashiering
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software systems
• Knowledge of financial services such as loan processing, fraud prevention, and relationship management is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with banking operations

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
