Job Summary:

As an IBC teller, you’ll be the face of our bank, building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service. Whether you’re processing transactions or helping a customer understand their banking options, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in your community. In this role, you’ll also work closely with your team, learning new skills and contributing to the branch's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide outstanding customer service while processing routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.

● Answer customer inquiries and help educate them about IBC’s products and services.

● Ensure the accuracy of customer transactions and assist in resolving customer inquiries.

● Promote and cross-sell bank products by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.

● Assist with branch operations, including maintaining accurate cash records and following security protocols.

● Work collaboratively with team members to meet branch goals and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

● Participate in community outreach initiatives, reinforcing IBC’s commitment to giving back. How can you contribute?

Skills and Qualifications:

● High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

● Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

● Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Team-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow within the company.

● Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
