PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Industrial Concrete Workers for a year-long industrial construction project in Calvert, Alabama. If you have experience building forms, tying rebar, pouring, finishing, and layout work, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and install concrete forms
- Perform rebar (rodbusting) installation
- Read layouts and establish elevations
- Pour, place, and finish concrete
- Strip forms and assist with concrete placement
- Work safely in an active industrial environment
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Consistent full-time hours
- Long-term project expected to last 1 year or more

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of industrial concrete experience required
- Experience with formwork, rodbusting, layout, pouring, and finishing
- 3rd Coast Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must provide your own PPE and hand tools
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Safety-minded with the ability to work in an industrial setting
Additional Requirements
- Drug screen will be conducted onsite at the industrial facility prior to beginning work
- Must comply with all site safety requirements
