- Brush and Roll Painting: Proficient in applying coatings using brushes and rollers on various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Surface Preparation: Experience with cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and a high-quality result.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify imperfections and perform touch-ups to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
- Knowledge of Paint Types and Materials: Familiarity with commercial-grade paints and coatings, including appropriate application techniques for different surfaces and environments.
Required Tools:
All candidates must have their own tools, including:

- Broad knife
- Putty knife
- Screwdrivers
- 2-4' rolling pole
- Paint brushes
Additional Skills:
- Ability to interpret project specifications and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
