Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer databases using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Vehicle title processing experience, dispatching experience would be ideal but we can provide training for it

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
