Production Assembly

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a prominent client in the Hudsonville area, specializing in LED lighting technology for commercial vehicles. They are currently seeking to fill an important role:

Full-Time Assembler

• 1st shift
• 6 am-3:30 pm Monday-Thursday; 6 am-10 am Friday
• $16.63/hr
• Paid Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble LED lighting components using hand tools, fixtures, and written instructions
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and conformance
• Read and follow work orders, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures
• Package finished products for shipment according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any defects or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high accuracy

Assembler Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable using hand tools and small machinery
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
