Zeeland Thermoforming company is looking to hire employees to do 'washing parts', not too dissimilar to dish washing, for a few hours or all day, spend some time wiping down & cleaning up parts with isopropyl alcohol, etc., and then work on assembling parts, including gluing, cleaning, sanding. Would also learn to operate the foaming machine, to add foam to produced parts, and to operate a table router that cuts/shaves parts.
Would also need to learn to measure and use calipers and gauges and inspect parts and record inspections on paperwork and to pass/fail parts with rigorous requirements which have small room/margins for error in very fine measurements.
Keep good track of output and what parts are where in the process stages & understand the various steps to record their work on shop paperwork.
It may be days of doing the same skill or they could tackle multiple skillsets in the same day.
