A charismatic person who loves to be detail-oriented, organized, and punctual, and who works in an industrial environment.Production Assembler Shifts:1st Shift: M-F, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.2nd Shift: M-F, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.3rd Shift: Sun.-Th, 9:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.4th Shift: W-Sat. 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.5th Shift: W-Sat. 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.Production Assembler Pay is based on Experience: Zero to < 1 yr. of experience, 1 to < 2 yrs. of experience, 2 or more yrs. of experience1st Shift - $15 $16 $172nd Shift - $16 $17 $183rd Shift - $17 $18 $194th Shift - $17 $18 $195th Shift - $18 $19 $20Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be evaluated at 30, 60 & 90 days. If they are doing well, they will receive a pay raiseAll Full-Time Temporary employees must be able to work overtime whenneeded.A tour is required before startingPRODUCTION ASSEMBLER REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to stand 8-10 hours per shift.Need to be able to work overtime.Must be able to read, understand, and speak English at a 5th-grade level.A High School Diploma is not required.No Jewelry, Makeup, Fake lashes/nails are allowed to be worn on the floor.PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssemble and inspect pumps, subassemblies, kits and components on and off production linesfollowing verbal and written department procedures, work aids, work orders, work instructions,operating and maintenance instructions and/or procedure manuals (“Instructions”)Meet or exceed the minimum required production rateMeet or exceed the required quality level following the InstructionsRotate through positions according to the work scheduleCount, label and box pumps, kits and assemblies for inventory or shipment followingInstructionsAll employees are responsible for regular and reliable attendance. The company will schedulea minimum of 40 hours per week; based on business demand, overtime may be required up toten hours per shift and 60 hours per week maximumComplies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulationsFollows all Company rules and regulations, including health and safety rulesRegular, reliable performance of all job dutiesPerforms all other duties as assigned or as may be required from time to timePRODUCTION ASSEMBLER EDUCATION and CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCEAssembly experience preferredLANGUAGE/REASONING SKILLSMust be able to read, understand and communicate in EnglishEQUIPMENT/TOOLS USED (examples, not a complete list)May use various production machines with mechanical or electronic controlsPROTECTIVE PERSONAL EQUIPMENTHairnet, lab coat, eye protection, gloves, closed-toe shoes, no jewelry, no make-upWhy Peoplelink?
