Job Title: Fire Safety Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
A strong background in invoicing—particularly within service-based industries—is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing service-related billing processes, generating accurate invoices, tracking service completion, and coordinating closely with technicians and clients to ensure timely and correct billing. Attention to detail in both communication and financial documentation is essential for success in this role.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage accurate service-related invoices based on completed work, parts, and labor.
- Track service completion to ensure timely and correct billing.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients on billing questions.
- Make outbound calls to verify fire extinguisher status and schedule needed services.
- Maintain records of client communication, service schedules, and billing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong Background in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- strong invoicing background
- Proficiency in using CRM or scheduling software is a plus.
