What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting fiber optic installation crews in the field — digging, trenching, pulling cable, and conduit work
- Operating hand tools and light equipment under crew lead supervision
- Following traffic control, safety, and OSHA guidelines on job sites
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment
- Working alongside experienced technicians and learning on the job every day
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license preferred (or reliable transportation to job sites)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic — punctual, dependable, and a team player
- Prior construction, landscaping, utility, or labor experience is a plus — but not required

Physical Requirements
