Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review individual tax returns (Form 1040), including multi-state filings for HNW individuals and families
- Assist in preparing fiduciary tax returns (Form 1041) for trusts
- Support development and execution of tax-efficient strategies tailored to each client’s financial and estate planning goals
- Remain current on tax regulations and industry updates to ensure compliant, proactive guidance
- Collaborate with team members on estate, trust, and wealth transfer strategies
- Deliver responsive, high-quality client service and build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely filings
- Mentor junior team members, contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented team culture
- Bring initiative and attention to detail to every aspect of the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA license or on track to obtain it
- 1–3 years of tax experience, ideally focused on high net worth individuals, families, and/or trusts
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe; experience with tax software is a plus
- Motivated to learn, grow, and succeed in a client-focused environment
