What You'll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Help coordinate the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow across departments
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the platform
• Assist with user training and support as the platform rolls out
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure technology solutions meet operational needs
