Position Title: SOAS Program Manager
Location: Coronado, CA
Clearance level required: Secret
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure all requirements listed within this PWS are accomplished.
- Maintain oversight/supervision of all other contractor personnel assigned to this Contract.
- Prepare a Requirements Implementation Plan upon assignment, detailing the approach to be taken to execute the requirements in the PWS.
- Support candidates through the entire SOAS preparation and application process.
- Conduct pre and post-SOAS candidate follow-up and analysis.
- Develop and maintain a spreadsheet containing a list of all interested SEAL Officer Candidates which is to be included in the monthly report of SOAS activities.
- Consolidate and submit a PM’s consolidated monthly report to include the PMs Assessment of all activities; the candidate tracking spreadsheet; and the swim coach’s spreadsheet report.
Qualifications:
- Possess 5 or more years of experience working with NSW officer qualifications, accession, assessment, evaluation criteria, and selection processes.
- Know through either direct or acquired means the inherent characteristics of successful SEAL officers.
- Possess and maintain SECRET security clearance.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
