Position title: Maintenance Management Specialist (Mid/Senior)
Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope: Run the maintenance production floor for a Marine Raider organization - from ERO to readiness reporting.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage maintenance production and records in GCSS-MC.
- Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage the Equipment Repair Order (ERO) lifecycle.
- Monitor deadline reports and parts-on-order status.
- Run calibration/modification control and analyze readiness metrics.
- 4 - 8 years in maintenance management / production control.
- GCSS-MC maintenance module experience (power-user level for leads).
- Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- USMC maintenance management background.
