Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Storeroom Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the inventory records of supplies, tools, and equipment and will maintain required stock quantities in the maintenance department.
Responsibilities:
- Record the inventory of all storeroom items.
- Maintain database, updating records to record supplies and materials received and dispensed.
- Conduct physical inventories on a routine schedule.
- Verify inventory records and correct discrepancies.
- Receive and sort incoming spare parts, components, and supplies in the appropriate locations.
- Ensure parts information is cataloged in the system and bins are properly labeled.
- Issue and distribute parts to maintenance personnel for internal usage.
- Maintain and enforce quality standards and good housekeeping protocols within the maintenance shop and spare parts stock room.
- Prepare parts kitting rack against scheduled Work order.
- Other duties as assigned.
