Retail Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll represent our brand in-store, helping customers find the right connectivity solutions while delivering an outstanding experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage Customers: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best internet, mobile, and TV services
• Sell Products: Use your product knowledge to close sales and meet or exceed targets
• Solve Problems: Help customers with billing, service, and technical issues
• Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest telecom trends, products, and promotions
• Be a Team Player: Work closely with your team to deliver great service and share sales tips
• Represent the Brand: Maintain professionalism and leave a positive impression on customers

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of retail sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and comfort with sales software
• Reliable transportation (if required), valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to work weekends and stand for long periods

Preferred Skills:

• Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting sales targets
• Knowledge of telecom or tech products
• Comfortable using CRM and POS systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
