- Assist with Request for Proposal submissions including completing designs, renderings and programming options
- Complete due diligence for acquisitions
- Review site visits and surveys for potential project developments
- Review and markup existing conditions BIM models from external consultants for compliance with company templates and standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of design
- Research and document code, zoning, and affordable housing requirements and initiatives
- Propose, design, and model drawing sets for design submissions from schematic design through construction documentation with minimal direction from Design Manager
- Coordinate and review drawing sets with the Design Manager provided by external consultants, utilizing ACC design collaboration and Bluebeam
- Assist with and review bid scope document creation and bid leveling with Design Manager
- Check for compliance with code, zoning, and affordable housing initiatives
- Ensure all projects follow the PRC standards and quality
- Ensure all projects comply with the CAPC BXP and other BIM Standards
- Propose, model, develop, and maintain Revit standards and libraries within Autodesk Content Catalog consistent with CAPC BIM Standards and best practices
- Maintain weekly design meeting notes, propose topics for discussion, and assist design manager with execution of the meeting
- Coordinate design with external consultants
- Design, propose, and model means of construction and relevant materials using BIM modeling
- Conduct site visits as needed to investigate unforeseen issues and quality of construction
- Coordinate design changes with external consultants
- Assist with construction administration and project close out including the processing of RFIs, submittals, Architect’s supplemental instructions, and punch list review
- Markup and model marketing and/or as-built plans
- Participate in internal company process improvement initiatives
- Assist property and maintenance staff with any post-construction items
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
